1/ PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Temperature plays an important role in the bird’s nest stewing process. Generation 3 is equipped with an automatic temperature-control system that maintains the appropriate temperature according to each selected program.

🌡️ Stew bird’s nest at 85–90°c

The Bird’s Nest programs are designed to operate at approximately 85–90°C, providing a stable and controlled temperature while minimizing excessive heat exposure and helping preserve the natural value of the bird’s nest.

When bird’s nest is heated at boiling temperatures of up to 100°C, prolonged exposure to higher temperatures may affect certain heat-sensitive nutrients.

⚡ Stable heating power

The heating system works together with the control board to automatically regulate heating power and temperature throughout the stewing process, maintaining the appropriate temperature for each selected program.

🎛️ Each program has its own temperature settings

Each program is designed with its own operating temperature range: Premium Bird’s Nest (85–90°C), Special Bird’s Nest (85–90°C), Herbal (95–100°C), Slow Cook (95–100°C).

02 — AUTOMATED OPERATION

From SOAK → STEW → KEEP WARM, a fully programmed process.

With just 2 consecutive button presses, Generation 3 automatically carries out the entire process.

Press “SOAK NEST”, followed by “COOK/STEW”

→ The machine automatically soaks the bird’s nest for 15 minutes.

→ It then automatically transitions to the 35-minute stewing cycle.

→ Once stewing is complete, the machine automatically switches to KEEP WARM.
