At Hai Yen Bird’s Nest, we are committed to providing premium edible bird’s nest products prepared, handled, and stored in accordance with strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Food Products — Final Sale (No Returns / No Refunds)
Due to the perishable nature of food products, and for hygiene and consumer safety reasons, ALL FOOD PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.
⚠️ We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after purchase for any reason, including (without limitation):

dissatisfaction or taste preference

change of mind

claims made after the product has been taken out of the store or delivered
This policy applies to all in-store and online purchases, including sale or promotional items.
Limited Exception (48 Hours Only — Eligibility Required)
We may review a request only if ALL requirements below are met:

The product received is incorrect, damaged, or materially not as described.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase/receipt.

The item is unused, unopened, factory-sealed, and in original packaging (eligible for inspection).

The customer provides proof of purchase (receipt/order number).

The customer provides clear photos and/or video for verification and returns the item(s) for inspection if requested.
⚠️ Opened, unsealed, used, or consumed products are NOT eligible for refund, exchange, credit, or dispute resolution under any circumstances.
Chargeback & Dispute Notice
By completing a purchase with Hai Yen Bird’s Nest, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Chargebacks or disputes filed for dissatisfaction, taste preference, or claims made outside the 48-hour exception window may be rejected based on the policy and food safety requirements.
