At Hai Yen Bird's Nest , we are always committed to bringing you high quality bird's nest products, carefully selected and inspected according to strict standards.

However, due to the nature of food, to ensure safety, hygiene, and the health of customers, we do not apply a refund or exchange policy after the product has been purchased.

In case you receive a defective product from us (such as wrong type, quantity or damaged product before reaching you), we kindly ask you to contact us directly within 48 hours from the time of receipt for consideration and timely and satisfactory resolution.
