2. Delivery time

Goods are shipped directly from Hai Yen Bird's Nest store in California. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days , depending on the delivery location. Time may vary due to objective factors such as weather conditions or holidays.

All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure you receive the correct and complete product. If you do not wish to sign, please notify our customer service department in advance for support with a suitable delivery option.
