Most customers know about the wonderful nutritional values of bird's nest, but pay little attention to the important factors that contribute to the quality of bird's nest; because not all types of bird's nest provide the same nutritional value.

1. Raw Material Quality

Hai Yen experts harvest bird's nests on time, when the nests are thick and have a complete structure. We only select large, intact nests with natural white color, clean and beautiful, long and round fibers to put into production. In each harvest, only 10 - 15% of bird's nests meet this standard for export to the United States.

2. Finished Product

Bird's nest is the only ingredient in the product. Hai Yen Bird's Nest products are guaranteed to be 100% pure, feathered and completely cleaned. No preservatives, bleaching agents or unnatural ingredients are added.

3. Cleaning & Production Process

• Cleaning process: Instead of soaking bird's nest in water for hours like the traditional method, which dissolves many precious nutrients, Hai Yen uses the method of moistening the bird's nest to a moderate level for cleaning. This helps to retain maximum nutrients and the original adhesion of the bird's nest. This method requires highly skilled technicians and the cleaning time of the bird's nest is 2 to 3 times longer than the traditional method.

• Production process: After thorough cleaning, the bird's nest must be dried and completely sterilized to achieve maximum dryness and no mold. During all production, packaging and transportation processes, the bird's nest must not come into contact with or be mixed with any chemical ingredients or other unnatural ingredients.

4. Nutritional Value

Vietnam's nature has an ideal climate with a long coastline and abundant natural food sources suitable for swiftlets to live. Research has proven that Vietnamese natural bird's nests have a higher nutritional content than other countries. In addition, Hai Yen's advanced cleaning and production process ensures that the nutritional value of each bird's nest is fully preserved, bringing the highest quality natural bird's nest products to customers.
